Scenario: Following the events at the end of “Out of the Box”, Peter has brought Neal back to June’s house. This story takes place over the following few days.petra | I ought to write some kind of tribute here
On Wednesday last, I opened up a threadfor people to request a tale of meabout beloved fictive folks, blank verse.Below are all the answers that I've made.

Neal gets sick/injured and ends up staying at Peter and El's to recuperate. Bonus points if it leads to slashy/OT3-ness.(I post non-anon because I have no shame.)
There was a discussion a while back about whether Peter was a bad driver or Neal was an anxious passenger, and people pretty much agreed Neal was just very anxious. So the prompt is that Neal is prone to panic attacks when he has too much caffeine. An all night stakeout ends in a gunfight, Neal breaks down, and Peter sits with him until it's over
Neal is shot and Peter is protective
Neal is shot, or otherwise badly injured during an investigation, and a lot of people think he should just go back to jail while he's out of commission. Peter, worried and upset that Neal was put at risk during whatever operation got him shot, overreacts. When Neal comes back to work, he gets harassed a lot less than he did before he got hurt...in fact, it's almost like everyone is scared to mess with him. When someone does, even just something little like teasing him about his clothes, they see Peter and practically run out of the room. Neal asks Peter why everyone is suddenly terrified of screwing with him, and Peter tells Neal that he just made it clear that messing with Neal was exactly the same as messing with Peter. Neal realizes that Peter is kind of a bad-ass, and attraction ensues.
So I just read a fic that had a Neal cuddling Satchmo scene and it made me crave some more.So I would like it if Satchmo became Neal's best friend and began acting a little unruly towards Peter and Elizabeth (because he wants to see more of Neal) and they get Neal to help. Maybe Peter even gets jealous of this growing friendship between his dog and his consultant. Some Neal and Satchmo walkies/hugging/doggy slobber and Neal asking Peter in the office how Satchmo is and everyone being all Who?! No beastality please lol.
