White Collar is the latest hit series to debut on the USA Network and it will be back for its second season starting on Tuesday, July 13th, at 9 PM ET on the USA Network. One the reasons for the show's success is the scene-stealing Willie Garson, who portrays Mozzie on the show. The actor recently held a conference call to discuss the new season and here's what he had to say -
